Ages
Upward Sports is open to Boys and Girls ages K5-6th Grade.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to register is November 21, 2025. All players need to be registered by this date.
Practices
Practices will take place on Mondays or Tuesdays and will take place at either Heritage Baptist, Hillcrest Baptist, or Second Baptist in Lebanon.

Teams
Kindergarten players are on a Co-Ed team but 1st through 6th grade will be separated by boys and girls.
Players can play up a grade but cannot play down.

Evaluations
There will be two in-person evaluation dates to choose from. Your child will need to be at one of them. The first evaluation will be November 14th at Heritage Baptist. The second evaluation will be November 21st at Hillcrest Baptist.
Games
Games will take place on Saturdays at one of three locations (Hillcrest Baptist, Heritage Baptist, and Second Baptist) depending on grade.

Requests
We will do our best to honor "same team" request, but we cannot guarantee if it creates a competitive issue.
Players cannot request a coach unless they are related. We will try to honor special requests if there are transportation issues.

Jerseys
Based off of past orders, we encourage parents to order a jersey that is "one size up" from what your child would typically wear in a t-shirt. This allows room for movement, a shirt to be worn underneath the jersey, and for the jersey to be tucked in.
