“Be My Witnesses”

Acts 1:8

Purpose Statement:
We strive to be a Great Commission church with a passion to see a lost world introduced to the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement:
We exist to: Reach those who are far away from God, Restore the broken and Recreate authentic followers of Christ. In keeping with the overall vision we have a mission’s committee that seeks to identify and provide focused opportunities for our congregation to actively participate in serving within our Jerusalem (local community), Judea (state), Samaria (nation), and the Ends of the Earth (world) in an Acts 1:8 emphasis.

Jesus gives us some straightforward and strategic guidelines to expand His Kingdom. First, the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20, commands us “to go and make disciples of all nations,” and secondly, in Acts 1:8, Jesus tells us we are to be His witnesses in “Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth.” These two passages of scripture form the basis of what is called and Acts 1:8 mission’s ministry. For us, the mission field starts at the edge of our property and continues to the ends of the earth.
